I am so appreciative of those who support and pray for my family! It is a privilege for me to work in Peru as a missionary. And I know that I could not be here without your prayers and support! Thank you!
Our English church services continue to grow (little by little) both online and in person. It is exciting to get to know everyone and be able to preach and teach from God’s Word. Growing pains are always good. All of a sudden there are too many kids for the kids’ classes. A need for a nursery and nursery items. Trying to figure out how best to reach the teenagers and trying to fill all the teaching positions. And many more. God is Good! Please continue to pray for Tom Pace. Three of us take turns preaching and if I am not mistaken Tom has only missed one of his turns this year. Which is a blessing as he continues to fight his cancer and back issues.
We also just finished a week-long anniversary celebration at our Christian school. Lots of fun! The first event of its kind for 3 years. It was a great time to connect with our students and their families. Please continue to pray for the salvation of our students and their families. What a great opportunity and responsibility God has given us.
Janise and Raeya have relocated to North Carolina and started new jobs. Janise is now engaged and is trying to figure out when the wedding will be.
Janise, Krista & Matt, Raeya and Risha will all be visiting Peru over Christmas! I can’t wait to see them!
I would also ask that you keep my mom, Clora Anderson, in your prayers. She has been diagnosed with Colon Cancer and is scheduled for surgery on Monday, October 10, to remove a portion of her intestines. The doctor indicated a high level of confidence, so we hope they caught it early.
Thank you for your faithful prayers and support! God is using you to bless us!Rick, Janise, Krista, Raeya and Risha Anderson
