I can’t believe that it is almost the end of the year. Wow! I am still amazed at God’s leading and all the changes over the last year. God continues to bless!
Risha and Jordan McDowell are now engaged and planning their wedding for March. I am so excited for them! Jordan has also started having some meetings & missions conferences as he starts raising support for church planting in the Pittsburg, Pennsylvania area. Risha has been able to join him for some of those meetings. Please keep them in your prayers. In my last prayer letter, I mentioned that I was dating Kerri Phillips. She is now my fiancée. I have asked her to marry me and she said yes. We are planning our wedding for May 2nd of next year. We have been meeting each other’s families and friends little by little. We have also been able to introduce each other in some of our supporting churches. We are excited! Please continue to pray for both of us as we see what the Lord has in store for us.
Here at BIMI we are getting ready for our December Candidate School where many new missionaries will be preparing to start their deputation to raise their support or getting ready to go to their countries of ministry. It is a very exciting time around here as we hear their testimonies and hear about the fields that they are planning to go. Please pray that it goes well.
